The article hopes to serve as an example to share the knowledge of Classical Feng Shui principles that could be used to assess the Feng Shui quality of the property with its environment.

Using Tenet as an illustration, this residential development is generally Southwest facing, located along Tampines Street 62.

With the incoming road passing by the development from the Northwest direction, the residents could be blessed with relatively good people luck relating to good health and well-being, as well as the interpersonal relationship with others, as it could be harnessing prosperous Early Heaven energies based on this road formation.

In Feng Shui, many will choose a home with prosperous Feng Shui attributes. However, avoiding the negativities can be good Feng Shui too. There may be a concern to some people with the highway at the rear of the development. Although there are recreation facilities such as the water pools, tennis, and multipurpose courts, that could serve as "buffer zone", located in between the residential towers and the highway. Hence, consider those units that are not facing the fast-moving traffic. In addition, it is also recommended to avoid units that are facing negative forms(刑煞), such as wind gap, building edges, etc.

Nevertheless, no home is perfect, and if you are lucky, you could be owning a relatively prosper home conforming to Period 9 here.

Contact me and I will be glad to share more with you on Tenet if you are considering not only to nest your next Dream Home here, but also investing on a good roof over your head with Feng Shui attributes.
