Pinetree Hill

The article hopes to serve as an example to share the knowledge of Classical Feng Shui principles that could be used to assess the Feng Shui quality of the property with its environment.

Pinetree Hill
In Feng Shui, there is a saying: "明堂容万马,富贵传天下". This can literally translate as if there is a vast open space at the facade of the property that can accommodate 10 of thousands of horses, then the residents will be blessed with good fortune and wealth, and be well-known to the world.

Using Pinetree Hill as an illustration, this residential development is overlooking the open greenery of Clementi Forest at its frontage overlooking the North. Based on the vastness of the greenery, it is able to accommodate not only thousands but millions of horses.

With Bukit Timah Nature Reserve sighted in the backdrop from afar, there is also a potential that some of the homes in this development could be well-aligned, compliantly to a closely guarded Feng Shui wealth enhancement technique, popularly known as Five Ghost Carry Treasure (五鬼运财). This denotes that the residences could be blessed with bountiful of wealth opportunites owing to this prosperous landform.

However, there is also a concern about the orientation of the residential blocks. On one hand, North-South facing homes are well sought after by many, especially in the coming 20 years, transiting into Period 9. On the other hand, true North-South facing also potentially poses a danger as the homes could be oriented in the Death & Emptiness line (空亡线), and this can bring negative impact affecting the resident endearvours. Although generally this can be rectified, the residents should be aware of this and take remedial action if needed after living in the new home.

Contact me and I will be glad to share more with you on Pinetree Hill if you are considering not only to nest your next Dream Home here, but also investing on a good roof over your head with Feng Shui attributes.
