Copen Grand

The article hopes to serve as an example to share the knowledge of Classical Feng Shui principles that could be used to assess the Feng Shui quality of the property with its environment.

Copen Grand
Most if not all the shape of the land is squarish or rectangular for ease of "architecting" properties sitting on it. Although there are times when the land shape may not have the luxury as desired, and if well-planned, the land plot can be engineered with a unique story supporting the residents in the development nestling on it.

Using Copen Grand, as an illustration, this North-South facing development is built on a triangular-like land plot, which can be classified as a Fire structured land. This indicates that it can better support the residents who are into business or careers relating to Fire and perhaps even Earth elements, like Technology, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Real Estate, etc.

Although the development is orientated in the True North-South direction which many would adore especially in the coming 20 years, this may also have concerns owing to this true orientation as it may align to the Cardinal Death and Emptiness lines (空亡线) under the lens of Feng Shui. Hopefully, there are slight changes in the orientation upon completion to resolve this issue.

Nevertheless, some of the residents if lucky could be blessed with a home that can prosperous them for many more years to come.
